My wife and I moved to the USA very quickly, and left behind a 'one of a kind' rural century home West of Waterloo, with hopes of an easy sale. It turns out 'one of a kind' homes are often pretty hard to sell and our first realtor was very disappointing. We switched to Jamie, who was recommended by a trusted friend. Jamie did an exceptional job for us. Within 48 hours, we re-assessed the value of the property. Within one week, we had more interest than in the several previous months. Within a handful of weeks, we had three different families making offers. Jamie recommended an offer to us that actually resulted in a lower commission for him but was better for us, which really earned our trust. As a century home, we ended up having several annoying and nerve-racking issues come up, which risked the closing of the home. Jamie provided incredible guidance throughout, as well as going truly over-and-above, in terms of participating in multiple inspections, well tests, etc., given that we were no longer in the province.
